Returns

According to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, as the consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days, beginning the day after receipt of the goods, we offer 14 as long as they are returned in the condition they were received by you, with the original labels attached. Refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation.

It is requested that goods be returned to us soon after cancellation, at the customers cost, to the following address:

If you are using Royal Mail you are advised to use First Class Recorded delivery. Else obtain proof of posting as a minimum.

If you fail to return the goods we will arrange collection and deduct the direct cost from the refund.

Goods should be returned in the condition they were received by you, with the original labels attached. Please note that we cannot refund return postage, except when the goods are found to be faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We do not accept responsibility for returned items not reaching us Please get proof of posting as a minimum.
