Postage
& Packaging
Packing & Postage for all mainland U.K. addresses is a maximum
of £5.77.
We us the Royal Mail,
Interlink Express and City Link to deliver our parcels to
you.
Orders are normally
dispatched within 7 working days (once payment is cleared,
received or authorised), but 28 days should be allowed for
out of stock items. We will always try to contact you should
the items not be expected to reach you within 7 working
days of you placing your order.
The courier will try to deliver the parcel, it is the customers
responsibility to ensure that there is someone to receive
the parcel or arrange collection after a card is left.
A charge of £8.00 in addition to the original postage charge
will be claimed from any refund due should the parcel be
returned to us due to the courier being unable to deliver
the parcels or if the customer refuses delivery.
Cancellation,
Returns & Exchanges
According to the Consumer
Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, as the consumer,
you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working
days, we offer 14, beginning the day after receipt of the
goods as long as they are returned in the condition they
were received by you, with the original labels attached
and the security band unbroken. Refunds will be made within
30 days of cancellation.

include or quote your receipt or order reference.
We never make an exemption
to this regulation.
It is requested that
goods be returned to us soon after cancellation, at the
customers cost, to the following address:

If you are using Royal
Mail you are advised to obtain proof of posting. If you
fail to return the goods we will arrange collection and
deduct the direct cost from the refund.
Goods should be returned
in the condition they were received by you, with the original
labels attached and the labels and hangers unbroken. Please
note that we cannot refund return postage, except when the
goods are found to be faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We do not accept responsibility for returned items not reaching
us
Please get proof of posting as a minimum.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange
any order for alternative size or styles as long as you
inform us within 14 working days, starting the day after
the order is received. Simply send an e-mail, secure message
or telephone within the regulation time. We will then instruct
you to order a replacement on line with a code as we post
one replacement free to you.
If you have exceeded
the regulation time limit we consider the contract as being
completed and are unwilling to offer an exchange.
Security
All Credit card details
are collected using a third party Secure server and protected
by 128 bit encryption using Secure Socket Layer Protocol
(SSL) technology. This means that your credit card details
and other information entered in this window cannot be read
by anyone else as it travels the internet. In fact it is
statistically safer to order over the internet using a secure
connection than it is to give your card details over the
phone or in a restaurant. Privacy We are committed to protecting
your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect
about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection
Act 1998). We only collect sufficient information about
you to process your order. The information we collect is
held by a third party, who use SSL and are THAWTE Accredited.
Information is collected during the order processing. We
will not e-mail you in the future unless it is connected
with processing your order or you have given us your consent.
(In accordance with the Privacy & Electronic Communications
Act passed into law 11 Dec 03) - “We do not send random
marketing E-mails to personal E-mail addresses (spam).”
We will never send any marketing information in the future.
The type of information we will collect about you is the
information you give at the time of ordering. We will never
collect sensitive information about you without your explicit
consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up
to date. You can check the information that we hold about
you by e-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will
delete or correct it promptly. The personal information
which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our
internal security policy, the law and the Safebuy Code.
We will never transfer your information to any other person.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour
of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie"
which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify
